Donimet DC3.1 PP60 anti-burglary doors are characterized by EI60 fire resistance, high class C and Class 4 burglary resistance and very high sound insulation coefficient Rw=47 [dB]. They are produced in any dimensions. The door wings are made of two sheets of steel sheet 1.5 [mm], shaped by cold bending method and forming the lining of the door leaf. The design is reinforced with catechists, and the space between the profiles is filled with mineral wool and special fire plasterboard. The wings around the perimeter are equipped with p.poż swell seals and have adhesives with an EPDM rubber seal on all four edges. The wings are suspended on four ø22 hinges with rolling bearings, on a door frame made of cold bent or angular profile, with a pendurgical lic. The door frames are equipped with a threshold of 20 [mm] as standard. The hinge side protection consists of three balance locks. Dc3.1 PP60 doors can be used as exterior, interior doors, open to the outside and inside of the room. DC3.1 PP60 doors are manufactured in accordance with THE ITB Technical Approval number AT-15-8513/2010 issued by the Institute of Building Technology.
